Henry Martinez, P.E.
Mr. Martinez has over 29 years of experience in the fields of Structural and Forensic Engineering. He is the Principal in Charge of Structural Services and has a diverse background in planning, design and construction administration for a wide variety of buildings, bridges and wastewater processing systems. Mr. Martinez's project experience includes numerous retail facilities, religious structures, educational facilities, and municipalities. In the area of Civil Structures, Mr. Martinez has designed new and modified existing oxidation basins, drilled pier foundations for movement of sensitive structures, clarifiers, pump stations, chlorine tanks, aerobic digesters and related structures. He also has extensive experience in designing roadway and pedestrian bridges utilizing precast/prestressed concrete, cast-in-place concrete, and rolled steel elements.
Kenneth M. Struzyk, P.E.
Mr. Struzyk's background includes over 23 years of diversified experience in the design, investigation and construction management of various types of engineering projects. He has extensive experience conducting forensic investigations, and is the Principal in Charge of Forensic Services for AccuTech. His Forensic Experience includes general condition studies, foundation investigations, structural collapse studies, restoration of various historic structures, ground water studies, load testing, corrosion studies, water penetration investigations, drainage studies and material failure studies. In addition, Mr. Struzyk has extensive experience in performing expert witness services related to these studies. Presently, he is the chairman of the GeoInstitute (NSCE National) Shallow Foundation Committee. Mr. Struzyk has also co-authored several technical articles for the Texas Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
